Is there a possibility to lose in forex trading?

We do not charge any commissions or fees on withdrawals and deposits.

Are there any special computer requirements in order to trade with CBFTrade platform?

As long as there is internet connection, you can use any computer, smart phone or mobile device to access your account. Trading with CBFTrade doesn't require downloading any special programs. All popular browsers can be used. All you need to do is open the website and access the trading account by entering your user name and password.

According the withdrawal policy, we process withdrawals back to the same deposit method used to make the initial investment if possible. If not, other options can be arranged at your convenience.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Just click on "forgot your password" on the top of the home page and enter your email address. A new password will be sent to your email. If you forget your username, please contact us for further instructions.

How can I make a withdrawal?

Go to "your profile" once you have logged in to the account, click on the "withdrawal" tab; enter the amount that you wish to withdraw and then click on "request withdrawal". The withdrawal request will be passed on to the financial department for review; it may take up to 12 business hours to be reviewed and issued. You will be notified once done.

Is my private information protected?

How to I make a deposit into my trading account?

What identifying documents do I need to send?

For your own security, we do require the following:
- A copy of your ID or passport as proof of identity.
- A copy of a recent utility bill, as a proof of residence.
- A copy of a bank statement that shows the history for the last 3 months.
- A copy of your credit card or any payment method used. Please make sure you hide the CVV number and the number of your credit card, leaving only the last four digits, both from the front and back.
